Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over. Hmm. What to say about this one.
Unfortunately 3D movies do not work for me. This is mainly because I do not have Binocular Vision (An excellent fact sheet I just found gives nice details. I do not have too many problems, except it should explain why I suck at such things as: Softball, Basketball, Tennis, Flying airplanes into buildings, etc.)
Consequently what I really need is a pair of 3D glasses that filtered to the right colour over each eye, otherwise those cheap things they give you just make me see a very red and a very cyan image. So I just take them off, and put up with seeing it strangely on screen :)
This means I can't comment on how effective the 3D was, and quite a lot of the movie used (I could tell, just not see it).
Plot was probably no better or worse than the previous two (Spy Kids and Spy Kids 2: Island of Lost Dreams). Chances are if you hated them, you'll hate this one too.
They had few biggies in this one, Sylvester Stallone, Elijah Wood, and George Clooney all made appearances.
I think the best quotes of all would have to be:
Toymaker: [to his three other personalities] I don't mind talking to myself, but when you guys start to cut me outta the conversation, then things start to get a little... strange.
and
Toymaker: Am I insane?
Toymaker: [his Dictator personality] Completely!
Saw it at work, so I'm not complaining about lost time on this one :)
