I, Robot (85)

Saw this i, Robot with Sean, had heard that it was reasonably ok.

Quite enjoyed it, no huge nick-picky errors (er, other than the cd player that was on playing music, then still playing music but the display no longer on). The red glowing light to signify the robot as evil was a nice touch.

Will Smith put in another fairly decent peformance.

Along with brining up the problems with giving machines intelligence - wouldn't it be great if humans abided by the three laws? - it had some interesting little points made about giving up freedoms for safety. Amazing what people will put up with (although of course in the movie it was sudden).

This movie also had nice fire. I like fire.

Consequently I'd rate this a healthy 8.5/10. Pretty good, I will see it again (likely on rented DVD), I'd reccomend you see it (if you don't hate sci-fi), and I may buy it on DVD.

I own this movie on:
DVD 1
